After the match, coach Baždarević said that the game was played with a lot of nervousness.
- The opponent disrupted the game and we fell into a trap. We didn't play anything special in the second half. It is certain that we will play much better and more seriously in the matches against Wales and Cyprus.
Captain Edin Džeko said that Andorra played roughly, the same as in the first encounter, and that they managed to provoke them.
- We expected them to play like this, to fight and hit as they did in Andorra. The most important thing is that we won, and now we need to win the remaining matches until the end of the qualifiers - said Džeko.
When asked if he was thinking about being the top scorer of the qualifiers, Džeko said with a smile that he was only thinking about the next matches.
BiH's next match against Wales is on October 10th at Bilino Polje, and against Cyprus on the 13th.
