Renewal of the entitlement to child allowance

In accordance with the Law on Social Protection, Protection of Civilian Victims of War, and Protection of Families with Children, the Service for Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Refugees and Displaced Persons of the Centar Municipality invites all beneficiaries of the right to child allowance to submit the necessary documentation for the renewal of this right, reports the Patria News Agency. 

The documentation, in original or certified copy, can be submitted in the period from September 1 to October 31 this year at the protocol of the Centar Municipality – Mis Irbina 1.

Along with the documentation, it is necessary to submit a completed form, which users can obtain at the Municipality's Info-desk. Beneficiaries of the right to child allowance who enroll in studies at higher education institutions after October 31 can submit proof of enrollment in studies after the aforementioned deadline.

If the right to child allowance is not renewed by August 31 this year, the payment of monetary benefits will be suspended for beneficiaries whose children are of preschool, primary, and secondary school age, and for students until September 30 this year.

The Service for Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Refugees and Displaced Persons of the Centar Municipality also reminds beneficiaries who have realized the right to child allowance this year, and have children older than 15 years, that in addition to the prescribed documentation, they are also obliged to submit proof of the child's regular schooling, it was announced from the Centar Municipality.
