(Patria) - The Independent Board of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina today announced a public competition for the director and deputy director of the Federal Police Administration.
The competition remains open for 15 days.
Regarding the director of the FPA, according to the Law on Internal Affairs of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the minister and the director cannot be from the same constituent people. Given that the Minister of Internal Affairs is Ramo Isak, a Bosniak, this means that the director of the FPA cannot be a Bosniak, while the deputy director can.
Incidentally, the FPA has been without a director since Dragan Lukač retired, and for the last two and a half years, Vahidin Munjić was acting director, who is now under restraining measures. The FPA is currently managed by Enes Zeljković.
