826th anniversary of the Charter of Kulin Ban marked, Tuka to receive a gold coin

The event marking the Charter of Kulin Ban, created on August 29, 1189, as part of the Days of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, the Forum of Citizens of Zenica in partnership with BZK „Preporod” Zenica is again organizing a suitable cultural and artistic program under the motto "FROM KULIN BAN TO GOOD DAYS", writes the Patria news agency.

- I sincerely thank the organizers for preserving the memory of the cultural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina in this way - said Draženka Subašić, Chairwoman of the Assembly of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

A suitable music and drama program will be performed by young Zenica musicians and actors from the Bosnian National Theatre. The accompanying content of the program is an exhibition of paintings created at last year's art colony called "Old Bosnia" organized by Zenica's Preporod.

Tvrtko Mišanović, president of the Forum of Citizens of Zenica, stated that an initiative has been launched to establish the Kulin Ban park and to award the Kulin Ban gold coin to Amel Tuka.
