World Tourism Day Marked: Awards Presented for Best Photos of TK Destinations

(Patria) - As part of the World Tourism Day celebration, Visittk.ba organized a photo contest, and today awards were presented at the premises of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Transport of Tuzla Canton.

“By marking World Tourism Day, we wanted to commemorate not only World Tourism Day but also what will accompany us until the next celebration. We launched a form of incentive for young people involved in photography. We had a prize draw where we received a significant number of participants, and the best photos were selected.



Today we have the opportunity to reward these people, get to know them, and encourage them, to show them that this system really works, that young people are recognized, and that we encourage the development of creativity among young people,” said Minister Denis Bećirović, adding:

“This is one way to engage young people and have them become promoters of tourism in Tuzla Canton, both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond its borders. Also, we want to encourage not only summer tourism but also winter tourism. We have a lot to show,” concluded Minister Bećirović, who presented awards to the authors of the best photos.

Awards were won by the top three places.

– First place won a tablet! (value 300 KM)
– Second place won a JBL gift voucher worth 150 KM!
– Third place won a holder – stabilizer for photography!
