On the Rules of Procedure for the Second Time - The Anti-Democratic Trick of the "Trojka" and HDZ Did Not Pass the Strong Opposition Filters of Constitutionality and Democracy!

(Patria) - Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH will not be considered at today's session of this house, as well as three other legal solutions that the Legislative-Legal Commission was supposed to, but did not consider.

We remind you that the Commission could not hold a session due to a lack of quorum.
The amendments to the Rules of Procedure have caused a storm in the past 15 days, not only in the parliamentary benches but also in the public. The opposition accused the "Trojka" (NiP, SDP, NS) and HDZ of preparing unconstitutional amendments that would co-opt missing members of working bodies, which is an unprecedented practice.

The objections of the opposition and the public also highlighted that the amendments to the Rules of Procedure are quite dictatorial, given that they limit the rights of representatives, and that they are an attack on parliamentarism in BiH.

Furthermore, it was unequivocally concluded that the goal of all this is to fill the Commission for Elections and Appointments, in order to elect the HDZ candidate Marin Vukoja as a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

However, all of this will have to wait, and during the rest of today's session, the representatives will consider the following agenda:

1. Proposal of a decision on accepting the loan under the Loan Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the Program of Integrated Development of the Sava and Drina Corridors using a phased program approach,

2. Proposal of a Decision on giving consent to the amendment of the Statute of the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute,

3. Report on the approval of the allocation of funds from the "Current Reserve" of the Government of the Federation of the Budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2023 for the period from 01.01. to 30.06.2023 on the prescribed forms,

4. Conclusion of the Collegium of the PDPFBiH of 27.11. regarding ensuring the conditions for the work of the House of Representatives of the FBiH.

5. Declaration on the introduction of modern technologies in the control of the election process.
