(Patria) - Bosnian basketball player Jusuf Nurkić returned to the Phoenix Suns team after missing the previous two games.
His Suns broke a streak of three consecutive losses tonight and triumphed in an away game in Houston with a score of 129:113.
Kevin Durant stood out for the winning team with a triple-double performance (27 points, 10 rebounds, 16 assists).
The top scorer for the defeated Rockets was Turkey's Alperen Sengun with 24 points.
Nurkić had a solid performance, recording eight points, 10 rebounds, and two blocks. Along with Durant, he was the best rebounder of the game.
The BiH national team player revealed after the match that he was absent due to the death of his uncle.
- It wasn't easy watching games so far from my teammates; I only arrived in the USA last night. He was like my older brother, one of the few people, perhaps the only one, who has known me my whole life.

We talked three times a day, and now it's very difficult. My teammates, the owners, and the entire organization gave me complete support, and I have no words to thank them. I couldn't have done this without them - added the popular Nurk.
