(Patria) - The nuclear facility in the Iranian province of Isfahan was seriously damaged in US-Israeli attacks, reported the ISNA news agency, as reported by TASS last night.
According to the agency, the location was targeted by a missile attack on March 7.
"Serious damage was inflicted," ISNA stated, adding that there were no reports of radioactive contamination.
Israel and the United States claim that most of Iran's nuclear fuel is stored in underground tunnels in Isfahan, with the rest of the supplies distributed between the Fordow and Natanz bunkers.
At the beginning of the current escalation, the United States and Israel carried out attacks on the entrances to underground tunnels in Isfahan and Fordow to block access to them and prevent the Iranians from removing the supplies stored there.
