NSRS accepted Minić's resignation, election of new Government of RS follows

(Patria) - Deputies in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska today accepted the resignation of Savo Minić from the position of President of the Government of RS.

Minić submitted his resignation from this position today and stated that it will be only a formal part.

Minić's resignation also implies the resignation of the entire Government of RS.

Minić's resignation was supported by 49 deputies, and there was no debate at this session.

Opposition deputies did not attend today's special session of the NSRS.

Minić said that a new Government will be elected soon. He added that he will be the mandatary for the composition of the new Government, after consulting with the President of RS, Siniša Karan.
