RS National Assembly Adopts Election Law Today and Commits Another State Coup!

(Patria) - The special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, whose proposed agenda includes the Bill on the Election Law of Republika Srpska, the Bill on Referendum and Civic Initiative, as well as the Final Report of the Independent International Commission for the Research of Suffering of All Peoples in the Srebrenica Region from 1992 to 1995, will be held today in Banja Luka.

The Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, stated yesterday that the election law of Republika Srpska will be adopted.

- The National Assembly will adopt its election law. We will leave enough time for colleagues from the FBiH to see, in contact with the factor from Republika Srpska, if we can find common ground that will prevent interventionism, create an election law according to the will of the citizens of BiH, and conduct elections - said Stevandić.

The adoption of this law, which is not compatible with the Election Law of BiH, is a form of state coup, and the Constitutional Court of BiH will certainly have work to do in this case, and new decisions by Christian Schmidt are also possible.

The agenda of the special session also includes the Proposal of the Decision on the Composition of the National Assembly Delegation to the Serbia – Republika Srpska Parliamentary Forum, the Proposal of the Bill Amending the Law on Labor – Urgent Procedure, and the Proposal of the Law on Immunity of Republika Srpska.
