
(Patria) - In the premises of NS/FS BiH in Sarajevo yesterday, a continuation of the session of the Second Instance Commission for Club Licensing was held, which began its work on 23.05.2018. At the session, decisions were made on appeals by FK „Sloboda“, NK „Čelik“ and FK „Krupa“ against the decisions of the First Instance Commission for Club Licensing to reject licenses for these clubs to participate in the competition of the Premier League of BiH for the 2019/20 season. At the same session, a decision was made on the appeal of FK „Željezničar“ against the decision to reject the issuance of a license for participation in UEFA competitions.
The Second Instance Commission made the following decisions:
1. The appeal is accepted and a license is issued to FK „Sloboda“ Tuzla for participation in the Premier League of BiH for the 2019/2020 season.
2. The appeal is accepted and a license is issued to NK „Čelik“ Zenica for participation in the Premier League of BiH for the 2019/2020 season;
3. The appeal is accepted and a license is issued to FK „Krupa“ Krupa na Vrbasu for participation in the Premier League of BiH for the 2019/2020 season.
4. The appeal of FK „Željezničar“ Sarajevo filed against the decision of the First Instance Commission for Club Licensing is rejected, which is confirmed in its entirety, and the issuance of a license to FK „Željezničar“ Sarajevo for participation in UEFA competitions 2019/2020 is denied.
All the aforementioned decisions are final.
