NS BiH publishes details of ticket sale ban: No fans in Luxembourg, part of stands to be closed in Zenica

(Patria) - UEFA has imposed a fine of 132,000 KM on the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to fan disturbances during matches against Liechtenstein in Vaduz and Portugal in Zenica.

The association has also received a ban on selling tickets to BiH fans for the next away match in Luxembourg and must close part of the stands in Zenica for the duel against Slovakia, about which the NS BiH has issued a statement.

“NS/FS BiH hereby informs the public that, in accordance with the decisions of the UEFA Disciplinary Body, it will implement a ban on selling tickets to its fans for the next away match within the EURO 2024 qualifiers.

The Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not sell tickets to fans of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team for the next away match in UEFA competitions. The ticket sale ban applies to the next qualifying match that the Bosnia and Herzegovina A national team plays as a guest against the Luxembourg national team within the EURO qualifiers on 16.11.2023.

Also, the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina will close part of the stands at the next home match with a capacity of 3,000 seats.

Part of the stands will be closed for the match that the Bosnia and Herzegovina A national team plays as a host against the Slovakia A national team in Zenica (Bilino Polje Stadium) on 19.11.2023.

The stands at this stadium will be partially closed, specifically three sectors in the 'South' stand (towards the 'West' stand) and two sectors in the 'West' stand (towards the 'South' stand), totaling 3,198 seats,” the statement from our Association said.
