New drop for the Dragons on FIFA's world rankings

(Patria) - The Dragons' increasingly poor performances are also reflected in their ranking on the list of the world's best football teams.

The World Football Federation (FIFA) updates the rankings every month, and in the latest one, published today, we are in 69th place.

This is six positions lower than in October of this year.

Incidentally, our team's best ranking in history was in 2013 when it was in 13th place.

Looking at the results from April to today, we have dropped 12 places.

The Ukrainian national team, BiH's opponent in the semi-finals of the Euro 2024 play-offs, is in 22nd place, reports Faktor.

Possible opponents in the play-off final are ranked lower than us - Iceland is 71st, and Israel is 75th.

Argentina and France, the finalists of the last World Cup in Qatar, are still at the top.

Among the teams from the region, Croatia is the best, being the tenth football power in the world.

Serbia is 34th, Slovenia 54th, North Macedonia 65th, Montenegro 70th, and Kosovo is in 101st place.
