Novalić with pensioners: Agreement details harmonized

Leaders of the Association of Pensioners' Unions of the FBiH expressed satisfaction with the outcome of today's meeting with the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, Fadil Novalić, during which the details of the text of the Agreement on joint cooperation in implementing activities for the reform and financial consolidation of the pension and disability insurance system were harmonized.

The signing of the Agreement is expected in the next few days, after the pensioners' associations have declared themselves on it.

According to the representatives of the Association of Pensioners' Unions of the FBiH, the Agreement is fair and shows the direction that should be taken in solving the problems of members of this population and the entire pension and disability system in the Federation of BiH.

Prime Minister Novalić once again emphasized the commitment of the FBiH Government to, through a set of laws in this area, stabilize and increase the revenues of the Federal Institute for Pension and Disability Insurance. After all, he added, the reform of the pension and disability system is one of the priority obligations undertaken under the Reform Agenda.
