Novalić revokes power of attorney for Koldžo, who represents the FBiH Government in the dispute against Lukač, on Čampara's advice!

Fadil Novalić, Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, has made his first official decision, which is to revoke the power of attorney for lawyer Damir Koldžo, who represented the FBiH Government in the dispute against Dragan Lukač, the Patria news agency has learned.

Lawyer Koldžo confirmed this news to us, stating that he received this decision two days after Novalić was officially appointed.

- It is true that my power of attorney has been revoked, and whether someone else will represent the FBiH Government now, I do not know – Koldžo said.

Novalić made this decision at the suggestion of Aljoša Čampara, Minister of Internal Affairs of the FBiH, who had advocated from the beginning for Lukač to be reappointed as the Director of the Federal Police Administration, even though he had met the conditions for retirement.

By revoking lawyer Koldžo's power of attorney, the conditions have been met for no one to appear on behalf of the FBiH Government at tomorrow's hearing at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, in which case only the evidence of the opposing party, namely Dragan Lukač, would be presented.

Otherwise, the hearing is being held following Lukač's lawsuit against the FBiH Government because it refused to appoint him to the position of FUP Director, despite being appointed in the tender procedure by the Independent Board of the FBiH.

Earlier, the Legislative Office of the FBiH Government also issued a decision stating that the tender procedure was carried out contrary to the law, meaning that the selection of the FUP Director should have been done according to the new Law on Internal Affairs of the FBiH, which did not prevent Sead Selman, the President of the Independent Board who acts on Čampara's orders, from disregarding this ruling.

Thus, the Court, in its Decision on Temporary Measures of March 13, which is valid until a new decision is made or the court proceedings are concluded, stated that Lukač was "re-elected" to the position of Director by the final and binding decision of the Independent Board on January 19 of this year and that the Government must appoint him immediately.

Otherwise, as Patria has unofficially learned, tomorrow's hearing will most likely not be held due to the judge's illness.
