Novalić appoints advisor Suvad Osmanagić to head illegal government company!

The news that the FBiH Government, led by Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, has formed its own company surprised even the most knowledgeable observers of the Government's situation, writes the Patria news agency.

The Government established the business entity Intera industrija, tehnologija i razvoj d.o.o. Sarajevo without informing the public. The SDP today warned of this arrogant behavior by the executive authority in the FBiH, raising the question of the purpose and intention behind this secretive move by the Government.

It is particularly surprising that the Government, in a completely illegal manner, handed over assets from the FBiH's passive sub-balance sheet worth over one billion KM to the new company.

As Patria learns, Suvad Osmanagić will be appointed to head this new company. Osmanagić, an advisor to FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, has a history of numerous criminal charges and misdemeanors, with the latest one pending before the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office for negligent work in service.

However, this apparently did not bother Prime Minister Novalić, who appointed Osmanagić, a former director of Unis Group, as his advisor even though the criminal charges against him were filed by the FBiH Government itself. Now, Novalić will reward him with a director position in the new company, whose activities will, among other things, focus on attracting foreign investors, establishing technology parks, developing IT centers, founding and developing start-up companies, procuration, retraining personnel, entering into joint venture partnerships, establishing public-private partnerships, coordinating work and education on the use of European Union funds among municipalities, cantons, and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and performing other independent activities as opportunities arise in accordance with the law.

Thus, Osmanagić will control assets worth one billion marks, and illegally so, because the passive sub-balance sheet cannot be given to just any company.

Amra Đendušić, also an advisor to Prime Minister Novalić, is responsible for all legal matters regarding the establishment of this illegal company.

Novalić is clearly rewarding his advisors, who are well-paid by budget users, with new positions. Of course, Novalić knows all his advisors very well from before, and they have also been business associates.

Incidentally, Samir Iskrić serves as the head of the Office of the Prime Minister of FBiH. Previously, he managed the finances of FK Zvijezda while Novalić was the president of this club, and he also led the financial department at the company Cimos TMD and served on the Supervisory Board of Pretis.

It is precisely through him and Suvad Osmanagić that Novalić is taking control of the defense industry.

To ensure that Osmanagić and Iskrić are not the only ones from the Prime Minister's favorite economic sector, Novalić himself brought in Amra Đendušić as an advisor, who was a legal expert at Unis Group during the time Suad Osmanagić was the director of that company.

Đendušić, according to our sources from the FBiH Government, is not resourceful, and she proved this on her first test when, as the authorized representative of the FBiH Government, she was supposed to participate in the Assembly of Feroelektro.

The Stanić family, who plundered Feroelektro, flexed their muscles and did not allow the representative of the FBiH Government to attend the Assembly under the pretext that she was late to register, after which they canceled the Assembly due to a lack of quorum.

However, what hurt the disenfranchised workers the most was the fact that Đendušić left the venue where the Assembly was supposed to be held, allegedly in the company of the Stanić family.

Novalić is also advised by Goran Miraščić, who was an advisor to Desnica Radivojević in the previous term. Before that, he was an advisor to Spomenka Mičić when she was Vice President of FBiH. He is also a professor alongside Ejup Ganić at the Faculty and a member of the Advisory Group of the Fiscal Council of BiH.

Denijal Pelidija also advises Novalić. Novalić rewarded him by appointing him to a working group tasked with finding a model to mitigate and prevent the gray economy in the areas of labor relations and unregistered business entities.
