(Patria) - So, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina acquitted the fabricated indictments against Jelka Milićević, Fikret Hodžić and 'Srebrena malina' for the act for which Fadil Novalić and Fahrudin Solak were convicted and are in prison.

The former Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was convicted on charges of exceeding his authority, with the Prosecutor's Office stating that the crime committed by Hodžić and 'Srebrena malina' 'could not have been carried out without Novalić'.

With today's second-instance, final decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hodžić and 'Srebrena malina' were acquitted because there is no criminal offense for which they were charged, but Fadil Novalić (and F. Solak) are in prison for a crime that does not exist, assessed lawyer and journalist Senad Pećanin.

Reacting to the verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for Fikret Hodžić, he emphasizes that 'he long ago proposed that the first article of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be the title of Nazif Gljiva's war song 'This is Bosnia, understand it once'.

'If my proposal had been accepted, the verdicts against Novalić and Solak would be in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina,' he assessed sarcastically.

Pećanin also emphasized that the final verdicts acquitted Deputy Prime Minister Jelka Milićević, on whose proposal the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina unanimously voted to conclude a contract with 'Srebrena malina', which she also signed, as Minister of Finance, the agreed payment to 'Srebrena malina'; Fikret Hodžić and 'Srebrena malina' were acquitted of the charge that by exceeding authority and abusing the position of Fadil Novalić they obtained illegal property gain and committed money laundering; The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina acquitted Fadil Novalić of the charge that he obtained any benefit for himself, but convicted him of obtaining illegal property gain for Hodžić and 'Srebrena malina', for which the court determined - that it does not exist?!

'A case identical to the one in which a man was convicted of giving a bribe to Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina judge Azra Miletić for giving a bribe, while she was acquitted of the charge of receiving a bribe.

Prosecutors 'Heroes of the Month' of the US Embassy Mirza Hukeljić and Džermin Pašić in Sarajevo deserve 'congratulations', as do the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
