Novaković Bursać at House of Peoples session, voted on first item

(Patria) - Although the decision on her dismissal was published in the Official Gazette of BiH, Snježana Novaković-Bursać is attending the session of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA. New delegate Nenad Vuković from PDP is not present in the hall.

A discussion on the Budget for 2024 is currently underway, and the urgent procedure has been adopted.

Novaković Bursać voted on the first item on the agenda, the adoption of the Minutes of the 4th urgent session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, which she was not entitled to do from the moment the CEC's decision was published in the Official Gazette of BiH.

After that, shortly before the vote on considering laws under urgent procedure, Novaković Bursać left the session, but returned after the vote.

The Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina today published the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the fifth delegate from the Serb Caucus of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH. With the publication of this decision, the position of the fifth delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH PA belongs to Nenad Vuković (PDP), and not to Snježana Novaković Bursać.
