New criminal complaint filed against Ćosić

(Patria) - The Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, announced that together with the Minister of Communal Economy of KS, Almir Bečarević, she filed another criminal complaint against the Mayor of East Sarajevo, Ljubiša Ćosić.

After it was unequivocally established that the sign with false information was located on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we have prepared another criminal complaint.

I filed the complaint together with the Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of Sarajevo Canton, Almir Bečarević.

A criminal complaint for inciting national, religious, and racial hatred was previously filed with the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and now with the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton. All evidence regarding the placement of the sign, as well as its location, has been attached to the criminal complaint.

I call on the KS Prosecutor's Office to react urgently, because we are witnessing what the prosecutor's office of the other entity is doing to returnees for expressing opinions on Facebook. This is a serious criminal offense on the territory of the FBiH.
