New Personnel Decisions of the FBiH Government: Railways FBiH, Roads FBiH and BH Post Next in Line

The Government of the Federation of BiH today adopted several decisions on the adoption of acts necessary for conducting procedures to determine candidate proposals for members of the State (DERK) and the Federal Regulatory Commission for Electric Energy (FERK), reports the Patria news agency.

Thus, decisions were made to announce a public call for the selection and nomination of one candidate for a member of DERK from the Federation of BiH, then to establish criteria for the selection, and a Commission for the selection and nomination of one candidate for a member of DERK from the Federation of BiH was appointed. The same decisions were made regarding the determination of a proposal for another candidate from the Federation of BiH for a member of the State Regulatory Commission for Electric Energy.

The Government also adopted acts necessary for conducting procedures to determine candidate proposals for a member of the Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of BiH (FERK) from the Bosniak and Serbian peoples. In both cases, decisions were adopted on announcing a public call for determining proposals for these candidates, as well as decisions on criteria for determining candidate proposals, and commissions were appointed to determine candidate proposals for a member of FERK.

The task of the commissions appointed today is to, immediately after the closing of the public advertisement, review all applications submitted to the public call, compile a shortlist of candidates who meet the criteria for appointment, collect additional information about candidates if necessary, conduct interviews with candidates, and then propose to the Government of the Federation of BiH a ranking list with the best candidates for further consideration.

The Government of the Federation today adopted a Decision on giving prior consent for the dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise Railways of the Federation of BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo before the end of their term due to loss of confidence. At the same time, the Government gave prior consent for the appointment of acting members of the Supervisory Board of this enterprise for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the competition procedure from the date of entry into force of the Assembly's decision on appointing members of the Supervisory Board, to be Jadranko Stojkić, Ševkija Botonjić, Dalfina Bošnjak, Suad Hasanović and Marijan Živković.

Today, a decision was adopted on giving prior consent to the Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise Roads of the FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for the dismissal of members of the company's Management Board, director and executive directors, and consent was given for the appointment of acting directors and executive directors of this company until the completion of the competition procedure, but for a maximum period of up to six months.

Consent was given for Ljubo Pravdić to be appointed as acting director, Bekir Isaković as acting executive director for economic and legal affairs, and Dedo Pjanić as acting executive director for technical affairs.

The Federal Government also gave prior consent for the dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise BH Post d.o.o. Sarajevo, due to the expiration of their term. For the temporary appointment of acting members of the Supervisory Board for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the competition procedure, starting from the date of entry into force of the Assembly's decision on appointment, prior consent was given for Adil Špiljak, Žarko Pušić, Edin Šišić, Amir Karić, Abdulsamed Đozić and Hasan Bajraktarević.

All decisions adopted today enter into force on the day of adoption and will be published in the "Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH", the FBiH Government announced.
