New emergency session of the House of Peoples at 3 PM, opposition from RS will again seek agenda additions

(Patria) - The Bill on Personal Data Protection in the first reading was unanimously adopted by the House of Peoples of the PA BiH. At the time of voting, 14 delegates were present in the Hall.

The House of Peoples of the PA BiH then took an hour-long break for the submission of amendments.

The Constitutional-Legal Committee will then consider the submitted amendments and submit a proposal.

Dragan Čović, the Speaker of this House, stated that a new emergency session will be held at 3 PM with only one agenda item: the adoption of the Bill on Personal Data Protection in the second reading.

Earlier, delegates from the Serb bloc announced that they would seek agenda additions at this second session as well. At the first session, Čović did not allow a debate on the agenda, which was characterized as a violation of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Peoples of the PA BiH, after which Nenad Vuković (PDP) announced that he would seek agenda additions at the second emergency session as well.

This addition could be a request for the dismissal of Nikola Špirić from the Collegium, after Nebojša Radmanović was dismissed from the Collegium of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH.
