Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team plays Luxembourg tonight

(Patria) - The footballers of Bosnia and Herzegovina will play a match tonight in the ninth round of the European Championship qualifiers away against Luxembourg. Our team has met this opponent eight times so far, recording 7 wins and one loss, with a goal difference of 17:3.

The national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina first met Luxembourg on March 29, 2003, as part of the qualifiers for EURO 2004. In the match played at 'Bilino Polje' in Zenica, the BiH team won 2:0 with goals from Elvir Bolić in the 58th minute and Sergej Barbarez in the 75th minute. In the same qualifying cycle, at the 'Josy Barthel' stadium in Luxembourg on September 10, 2003, Bosnia and Herzegovina won 1:0 with a goal from Barbarez in the 35th minute.
