Nikšić distances himself from Zijad Krnjić: Is that not the FBiH Government's stance!?

(Patria) - Federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić distanced himself from the views of Zijad Krnjić, a member of the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) Governing Board, who insists that the UIO Governing Board first make a decision on the distribution of VAT revenue and thus settle the damage that Republika Srpska is inflicting on the Federation of BiH, in exchange for which he would support the decision on the Rulebook on systematization, which is necessary for the opening of the Gradiška Border Crossing.

“That is not the stance of the FBiH Government. That is the stance advocated by the so-called expert Krnjić,” Nikšić said as a guest on TV SA.

Otherwise, the Governing Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) of BiH will hold its 2nd extraordinary session today at the headquarters of the UIO BiH in Banja Luka.

According to the proposed agenda, the session will consider the Proposal of the Rulebook on amendments and additions to the Rulebook on internal organization in the UIO related to the Gradiška Border Crossing, and the decision on the distribution of road toll revenue for highways and roads.

The UIO Governing Board will consider the decision on determining temporary coefficients for the distribution of funds from the Unified Account for the period October – December 2025 and proposals for decisions on temporary settlements between entities for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
