Nikšić handed over duties to Prime Minister Novalić

Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić, whose appointment was confirmed yesterday at the 4th extraordinary session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, and the outgoing Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić met this morning in the FBiH Government building in Sarajevo for the formal handover of duties, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

It was mutually stated that the documentation related to the work of the Office of the Prime Minister of FBiH during the past mandate period has been preserved in the Office of the Prime Minister of FBiH and in the Archive of the General Secretariat of the FBiH Government.

On this occasion, Nikšić specifically informed Novalić about the draft laws that the FBiH Government had determined, but their forwarding to the parliamentary procedure was postponed until the appointment of the new FBiH Government composition so that its members could comment on them and forward them to the parliamentary procedure.

Along with the minutes, which were signed, these laws and other acts determined and forwarded to the parliamentary procedure by the FBiH Government in the period from 2011 to 2015, and their status, are listed in a table.

The outgoing Prime Minister emphasized that he will be available to the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić for all additional information.
