Reform Agenda not adopted today either, SNSD ministers broke quorum

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH did not adopt the Reform Agenda at today's emergency telephone session because ministers from the Serb people did not vote, thus breaking the quorum for the session itself.

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by analogy applying the provisions of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Authentic Interpretation of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the aforementioned, could not, upon the closing of the voting period, ascertain the existence of the necessary quorum for the work and decision-making of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, given that in telephone sessions, a quorum cannot be established at the opening of the vote, and since the material in question was decided upon by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the conditions of presence at the session of at least one member from each constituent people and at least one member appointed from the territory of each entity were not ensured.

This document was supposed to be sent to Brussels to avoid us missing out on an additional 108 million euros from the EU Growth Plan.
