Independent Board Sets Date for Interviews with Candidates for SIPA Deputy Director

(Patria) - The Independent Board of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PSBiH) has set the date for interviews with candidates who applied and meet the requirements of the Public Call for conducting the selection procedure for the election of the Deputy Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).

The Independent Board of PSBiH will conduct interviews with candidates on April 15, and candidates will be duly notified through official channels, PSBiH announced.

Considering the request of Svevlad Hoffman dated January 30, 2025, the Independent Board noted that, based on Article 7 of the Law on SIPA, it reviewed and accepted the applications of all six candidates for the position of SIPA Deputy Director at its session.

The Independent Board reviewed the petition number 05/1-50-17-366/25 dated February 5, 2025, and concluded that the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be requested to provide a statement regarding the allegations in the petition.
