Incredible statement by NiP representative: Vukoja with 0 resolved cases is a better candidate than a judge who resolved 5,000 cases

(Patria) - Member of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH Rasim Smajlović (NiP) and member of the Working Group for the procedure of electing a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH from FBiH, commenting on the proposal of Marin Vukoja for a judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said today that it is not a condition for electing a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH that the proposed person must have judicial experience.

He points out that Vukoja was one of the best candidates and that is why he was chosen.

- He has been in management for a long time and knows the subject well. We had the same questions for all candidates and his answers were the best. We would not have made a mistake if we had chosen any of the candidates, because they are all capable of fulfilling this function – said Smajlović.

The statement by the NiP representative is completely incredible when it is known that candidate Sanela Gorušanović Butigan, compared to the top-ranked Vukoja, has 5,000 resolved court cases and judgments, while Vukoja has not resolved a single case or judgment.
