Nermin Bise filed a complaint with the HJPC against Ružica Jukić

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Editor of the Demos.ba portal Nermin Bise filed a complaint with the HJPC of BiH against the vice-president of that institution, Ružica Jukić.

The explanation of the complaint states that in the last five days, information and a video recording of the mentioned judge and vice-president of the HJPC, Ružica Jukić, could be observed in the media, first accusing the US Embassy of interfering in the work of the judiciary and at the same time, as seen from the video recording on the public service (FTV), declaring her fellow judges and prosecutors as third-rate officials.

"Our complaint refers to the violation of the reputation of the judicial function, both judicial and prosecutorial, the general violation of the reputation of the HJPC, and the verbal attack on the US Embassy, which is not only the main pillar of stability in BiH but also one of the protagonists in building the BiH judicial system, a donor in that social segment, and a guardian of stability," they state from Demos.ba.

They add that they had previously asked the HJPC through the Public Relations Service about the professional contribution in terms of scientific works in the field of law by the vice-president of the HJPC, but did not receive an answer.
