(Patria) - Every drop of blood will help save the life of soldier Alma Brkić from Maglaj, who was injured in a traffic accident in Donji Ruževići near Teslić, and who is currently in serious condition, her colleagues and fellow citizens emphasize on social networks.
Alma is a member of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and she was seriously injured in a traffic accident on Monday, July 29, in the village of Donji Ruževići near Teslić.
Alma's colleagues and fellow citizens, as well as health institutions, appeal to everyone who can donate blood to do so, because, as they state, every drop of blood can help save her life.
"Our colleague, soldier Alma Brkić, is in a coma, and every drop of blood can help save her life," her colleagues conveyed on social networks.
They add that blood can be donated at the transfusion department of the "Sveti apostol Luka" Hospital, and at the Institute for Transfusion Medicine in Banja Luka.
UKC RS previously announced that Alma Brkić's life is in danger and she is connected to a mechanical ventilation device, and all further prognoses are, as they state, extremely uncertain.
Members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Kozara barracks also donated blood yesterday for their colleague who is in serious condition.
