(Patria) - Former Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nenad Nešić left the state prison in Vojkovići shortly before 8 PM.
Upon leaving the prison, Nešić was met by family members.
We remind you that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed that, at the proposal of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, pre-trial detention for former BiH Minister of Security Nenad Nešić has been lifted.
At the same time, Nešić was imposed prohibitive measures, namely a travel ban, a measure of mandatory periodic reporting to the state authority, and a ban on meeting with certain persons, all in accordance with Article 126.a of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The imposed prohibitive measures under this decision may last as long as they are necessary or until a different decision by the Court. The justification for the duration of the imposed prohibitive measures will be reviewed every two months. The suspect has been specifically warned that pre-trial detention may be imposed if he violates the obligations arising from the imposed prohibitive measures – the BiH Court stated.
