Nebuloze Radovana Viškovića: NSRs is above the BiH Presidency

(Patria) - RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković today made several completely nebulous and absolutely unfounded claims during his address at a special session of the NSRs in Banja Luka.

Višković called on the MPs to reject the latest conclusion of the BiH Presidency, which was vetoed by member Željka Cvijanović, a member of the collective head of state.

In this way, according to Višković's words - "they would send a clear message that the National Assembly is above the decisions of the Presidency".

The Prime Minister of the smaller Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity clearly does not know, although it is more likely that he does not want to admit it, of course on the orders of his political boss Milorad Dodik, that the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina is superior to all lower administrative units, and therefore to the RS, as one of the two entities.

- I don't know if there's a game of telephone being played here, if we hear each other or if everyone is both blind and deaf? How is it possible that the institutions of the RS, as stated in the conclusions, attack the Dayton Peace Agreement and thereby harm BiH - Višković asked.

He assures that from the statements of all RS officials, regardless of their party affiliation, "one single thesis is visible - respect for the BiH Constitution and Dayton".

- And imagine, now someone dares in the BiH Presidency to tell us, from the National Assembly to the Government, that you are some kind of separatists, undermining sovereignty - said Višković.

He also claims that everyone knows "that the Constitutional Court of BiH does not respect the Constitution of BiH".

- That doesn't exist anywhere but in BiH. That is why the discussion here should be shortened and a message should be sent to the two members of the BiH Presidency, Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović, in the only possible way for the future.

Is it such ignorance on the part of the signatories of this conclusion, which I doubt, or were they just secretaries and typists who transcribed someone's wish - the latter is closer to me - that they disseminated these falsehoods on behalf of someone and tried to launch them to the public through the Presidency - states Višković.

He also claims that it is "impossible to function in this way, because, however unbelievable these conclusions may be - they can have far-reaching hidden consequences".

- That is why the MPs should reject them and send a clear message - the National Assembly is above the decisions of the BiH Presidency, MPs have authority and independence, and they are the ones who matter and can make decisions - Višković concluded his nebulous performance.
