It is unknown who decided to charge for entry to the City Hall!

Councilman Vedran Dodik, at today's session of the City Council of Sarajevo, requested an answer to the question of who and when made the decision to charge entrance fees to the Sarajevo City Hall, who and when determined the rental amount paid for certain events, and where that money ends up, writes the Patria News Agency.

The dispute over the right to use the City Hall and its ownership in general has not been resolved to this day. The City Council has never made a decision on charging entrance fees or renting out the premises of the City Hall.

Therefore, it is unclear whether a tender has been issued to select the best bidder who will print the tickets, who has approved and to whom to print them, on what basis a contract has been concluded with a printing house?

It is unclear, and highly questionable based on the law, whether guests visiting the City Hall can be issued note receipts with the stamp of the Otoka Olympic Pool. Does this mean that the money from sold tickets and rented premises goes into the budget of this Public Enterprise?

And finally, visitors to the City Hall cannot get a fiscal receipt because it is not issued.

There are numerous questions to which no one from the City Administration has provided answers so far. And for half a year now, tickets have been duly charged and premises rented out.
