No compromises should be made to the wishes of Dodik and Čović

If a second-instance court is being established, why is the new law called the Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina?

If a second-instance court is being established, then the name of the law, considering that we already have the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, should be the Law on the Courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

If, however, an Appellate Division is being established, then the Minister of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the leaders conducting the talks should explain to us what is new in that new law, because we already have an Appellate Division within the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The only new thing is that the jurisdiction of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is being reduced. Do not open the negotiation status by weakening the state and its institutions. This must not be done.

Present the solutions you have agreed upon to the public. And conduct additional consultations with your legal teams regarding your intention to change the composition of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina by law.

This cannot be done without amending the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are no compromises on this. Such a compromise is called treason.

After yesterday's talks between political party leaders in Istočno Sarajevo, Čović stated: "with today's agreement, we have 'strongly opened the door to the EU' and, what is very important, everyone said that none of them should obstruct any economic project in the entire territory of BiH."

Well, do not open the door to the EU by closing the door to Bosnia and Herzegovina. We do not want this, and we will not allow it.

As for the agreement that no one should obstruct any economic project, we agree with that. Just add - which is in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
