VIOLENCE IN THE PARLIAMENT OF FBiH Trojka and HDZ are overriding the Rules of Procedure and pushing a questionable budget

(Patria) - The ruling parliamentary majority, consisting of Trojka, HDZ, and their satellites, today again disregarded the Rules of Procedure and the Constitution of FBiH, and by conclusion legalized the illegal authorization of Mladen Bošković to lead the session.

And at the session, instead of temporary financing of the Federation, the Proposal for the budget of this entity, in the amount of almost 7.5 billion KM, which the Government of FBiH sent for procedure two days ago, will be considered under an urgent procedure.

Thus, the practice of the authorities in the Federation to avoid public discussion on the most important economic document of the entity through a Draft budget, and instead almost impose the budget through urgent procedures, has continued.

Although the Trojka parties (SDP, NiP, and NS) objected to urgent budget procedures in previous convocations, they are clearly continuing the practice in a much more severe form, as the session is of questionable constitutional and procedural nature, and the budget is being processed under an urgent procedure.

Along with the Proposal for the budget, accompanying laws will also be considered today, and likely the election of the leadership of the House, instead of Mirjana Marinković Lepić and Edina Gabela, Dragan Mioković should be elected as the Speaker and Kenan Uzunović as the Deputy Speaker.

The President of the SDA Club, Mirsad Zaimović, requested that the Proposal for the budget be removed from the agenda, as the representatives did not have time to consider it.

"The most important document is being passed under the table, and therefore I have the right to seriously doubt its content," Zaimović stated.
