(Patria) - Due to high air temperatures, the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute has issued an orange warning for August 1.
The warning applies to most of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Daily air temperatures are expected to be between 33 and 38 degrees Celsius, and locally up to 40 degrees Celsius.
Recommendations, according to the World Meteorological Organization, include taking precautions and suspending outdoor activities.
Morning air temperature from 16 to 23 degrees Celsius, in the south up to 27 degrees Celsius, and daily from 32 to 38 degrees Celsius, in the south up to 40 degrees Celsius.
