After securing a job through connections, Konaković's Kapo is back on the Council list, while Adnan, the son of a decorated martyr, is still looking for a job!

About twenty days ago, when we published the story about Adnan Čamdžić, the son of a decorated martyr who couldn't get a job due to nepotism of NiP cadres, a swift reaction followed from the president of NiP, Elmedin Konaković, who stated he would investigate the case at the Anti-Corruption Office.

In these past 20-odd days, we have learned that the nepotism in Nermin Kapo's employment was also facilitated by the SDP president of the Commission. Nermin Kapo, we remind you, is a councilor for People and Justice in Centar Municipality, the president of the party's branch in Sokbunar, who was already working in the position for which the tender was announced.

In the period since the article was published, the president of NiP, Konaković, has not announced whether he received any information from the Anti-Corruption Office, nor what kind of information it was. However, the media have reported that a NiP cadre at the head of the Office is employing party-aligned individuals through corruption, and then announcing tenders merely as a formality.

NiP has clearly established a nepotistic pattern where rules and laws are meant to apply to others, but not to NiP members.

Therefore, I propose to the president of NiP that, if he is going to publicly announce and promise to investigate the employment process of his cadre, he should first form a commission and check how many NiP cadres have been employed through nepotism. If the shock from the discovered data passes without problems, then he should go public and say what will happen to the NiP members who are living off nepotism.

When the president of NiP checks how many employment opportunities his cadres have taken away from the children of martyrs, gifted children, and other categories, he should then go public and explain to us how he went from being a person who announces preference in employment for martyrs' children and children of fallen soldiers, to a person whose subordinates take bread from the hands of those to whom he made promises.

But before that, Konaković must explain to himself whether he can look himself in the mirror and believe his announcement that he will investigate the legality of Nermin Kapo's employment, if that Kapo is once again a candidate for the Centar Municipal Council for People and Justice.

It will be difficult for the minister to convince himself, let alone the public, that he will investigate the legality of employment if his lists and positions are filled with cadres for whom nepotism is dearer than nipotism. But then, he should not lie to the martyrs' children, the children of fallen soldiers, or any other children of this country.

Let him tell the truth, and those children are already witnessing the truth. Judging by the Register of Employees in KS, Nermin Kapo has already been employed indefinitely, and his work rights and seniority have been running since June 10th of this year.

Therefore, NiP pushed Nermin Kapo politically and nepotistically. For the Council in Centar, for the driver position at the Institute.

And so, Elmedin Konaković, instead of empty promises about investigating and punishing those responsible for nepotism, fulfill the promises made to the martyrs' children and the children of fallen soldiers. Only then will you show that nipotism is not dearer to you than those children.

You don't need to announce special tenders for them, just ensure that the procedures are in accordance with laws, regulations, and decisions. That's all those children are asking for, and you, Konaković, promised it to them and then lied!
