After never-clarified mystery, Zukanović back in the A team: It's always nice to play for Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Ervin Zukanović has been included in coach Mehmed Baždarević's squad for the upcoming matches that our team plays on the 28th and 31st of this month, reports the Patria news agency.

Although it was never fully clarified how and why former coach Safet Sušić dropped Zukanović, this talented footballer is back in the A team.

- It's always nice to play for the national team and I feel good to be back here. My mind is only on the match, I'm thinking about it and I hope we will achieve the goal, that is, qualify for the European Championship - said Zukanović.

Zukanović added that players always hope to play.

- Most importantly, I'm healthy, I'm playing well and I believe that if I get the chance to play, I will use it in the best way - added Zukanović.

When it comes to the qualification match that is played on Saturday, the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player believes:

- Our goal and what is expected of us is known. In football, it's ungrateful to give predictions, you never know, but it's important that we are at our level of play and if that's the case, I'm sure the result will not be missing - explained Zukanović.
