Dean of BiH journalism Zoran Kapetanović passed away last night in Tuzla, after a battle with a serious illness, writes the Patria News Agency.
He was born on January 25, 1949. In 1970, he entered the journalistic waters. He began his career in the youth newspaper Spektar, and then worked for the then Sarajevo Evening News and the correspondent office of Belgrade's Borba.
Three years later, he started working at Radio Sarajevo.
He was the editor of the cult radio show Đerdan, and after radio, he also worked at the then Television Sarajevo.
From 1994, when he moved to Tuzla, he began working as the director of Radio Tuzla, and then at TV Tuzla Canton. At the beginning of 2014, he retired.
The time and place of the memorial session and funeral will be determined later.
