
(Patria) - The best Bosnian-Herzegovinian luger Mirza Nikolajev competed in the World Cup race in Innsbruck on Sunday and took a very good 29th place. With this result, Nikolajev won an additional 12 points and continued his series of excellent performances this season.
In first and second place were competitors from Austria, Jonas Mueller and Nico Gleirscher, while third place went to Max Langenhan from Germany.
Also, the race for the European Championship was held today, in which Nikolajev took 23rd place in front of more than 2,300 fans.
The Bosnian-Herzegovinian team now continues its journey towards Altenberg, Germany, where the World Championship and five Luge World Cup races will be held.
