Best season since existence: Pannonian Lakes record a record number of visitors

The main tourist destination of Tuzla Canton, the Pannonian Lakes in Tuzla, was visited by 180,000 bathers in July, which represents the best realization of the visit plan in July so far, and August could also record a record number of bathers, writes the Patria News Agency.

A large number of Tuzla residents, as well as tourists from other parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Europe, are seeking refuge from the heat at this increasingly popular spot.

Otherwise, from August 25, changed working hours are in effect at the Pannonian Lakes complex. Thus, the gates for visitors are open from 08:00 to 19:00, while the last ticket sale is until 18:00. The new working hours are those used in the pre- and post-season, while bathers are allowed from 07:00 to 21:00 during the season.

This season is one of the best since the Pannonian Lakes were opened, and according to official data, more than 210,000 tickets were sold at Pannonica by August 1.
