Mayor Milan Miličević outraged by SNSD: Dodik is driving investors away from Teslić

The mayor of the municipality of Teslić in the BiH entity of Republika Srpska, Milan Miličević, is outraged by the local SNSD, because, as he claims, for several months people from this party have been trying to lobby for Teslić to receive the so-called Business Friendly Certificate (BFC), which serves as an indicator for potential investors that the municipality is suitable for investment, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

Miličević claims that the SNSD in Teslić is doing everything to prevent the Municipality from obtaining this certificate, thereby harming Teslić and its citizens.

The BFC certificate indicates that a positive business climate has been established in the municipality in accordance with international standards, and a municipality with this certificate is automatically marked on the map of Southeast European cities as suitable for investment.

Municipalities from FBiH that have so far entered the process of introducing the BFC certificate are Bosanska Krupa, Goražde, Konjic, Livno, Prozor-Rama, Tešanj, Visoko, Žepče, and the city of Bihać, writes Patria.

- The goal of the SNSD is to discredit the Municipality of Teslić, and at the same time drive away potential investors - Miličević said.

- Due to growing economic problems and an deepening social gap, nervousness is visible in the ranks of the SNSD, which is why they are trying to deceive citizens with misinformation.

With this move, they have shown that they do not shy away from any means, even when they harm their fellow citizens.

Miličević states that the SNSD had already harmed the municipality of Teslić a few years ago during the attempt of one of the largest Italian corporations to buy "Novo Borja" in Teslić. The privatization failed, the company was awarded to people close to the SNSD, and it still does not operate at full capacity today.
