(Patria) - The Mayor of Ljubinje municipality, Stevo Drapić, has told the organizers of the rally "The Border Exists", which will be held today in Ljubinje, not to create unnecessary tensions and to finally start doing their job in institutions, not on the streets.
"Gentlemen, we know where the border is. We created it in the war and it is clear and visible. Unfortunately, it is so visible that you don't even need a sign saying 'Welcome to Republika Srpska' to know you are in it. It is enough to look at that main road you will be using today. Where the normal road ends and the potholes begin, that is where the RS is, and it is like that everywhere, not just at Žegulja," Drapić said.
He added that the "protesters" will today block the road for Ivo from Čapljina, who works in Ljubinje, and Zoran from Ljubinje, who works in Mostar, according to a statement from the SDS.
"End your political games in your own way, leave us alone. Do not create unnecessary tensions, do not set us against our neighbors, and finally start doing your job in institutions, not on the streets," Drapić concluded.
