BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - On Wednesday afternoon, a male patient of middle age died at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska, the UKC of Republika Srpska stated in a press release.
The patient was from Prijedor and had multiple chronic co-morbidities. The patient had been treated at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases since March 20.
In Republika Srpska, 267 people have so far tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
This is the fifth person to die in Republika Srpska from the consequences of the coronavirus.
In BiH, 15 people have died from coronavirus. The total number of infected is 510.
