Grass grows on Stradun

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Stradun, the main street of the Old City of Dubrovnik, is completely empty these days.

Although there are no people, life is still going on in this street. A photo was published on the Instagram profile of the Lajk restaurant showing grass growing on Stradun.

"Dubrovnik's streets are empty these days. The #covid_19 virus has forced us all to stay home. It is sad to see empty streets. But life goes on, nature defies everything. Grass has started growing on Stradun. This is a sign that better times will come. Because nature fights. It is a sign that after the rain comes the sun, that after sadness comes happiness... that after illness comes health. We are in this together," said the Lajk restaurant on Instagram.
