Lifeless body of a female found on the bank of the Drina River in Kozluk

(Patria) - Kozluk police received a report yesterday around 2:40 PM that the body of a female had been found on the bank of the Drina River in Kozluk, Zvornik.

The Zvornik Police Administration (PU) announced that police officers from Kozluk acted on the received report, went to the scene, and secured it until the investigation team arrived.

"A doctor from the Zvornik Health Center Public Health Institution, who is a coroner, also arrived at the scene with the investigation team and confirmed death after examining the body, but could not state the cause of death.

The duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Bijeljina was informed of everything, and ordered an autopsy, as well as all other legally prescribed measures and actions to be taken under his instructions and supervision," added the Zvornik PU.
