Car stolen from parking lot in Dobrinja, thieves threatened with guns and fled towards Lukavica

An hour after midnight, a vehicle with foreign license plates, an Audi, was stolen from the parking lot between the streets of Emile Zola and Nurija Pozderac in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Dobrinja 2, the Bosnian news agency Patria has learned.

The parking lot guard moved toward the car to see what was happening and found two young men who pointed a pistol at him and told him to run.

After that, they got into the car, turned on the lights and all four hazard lights, and left the parking lot at high speed, nearly causing a collision with another car.

Witnesses claim the thieves drove off towards Lukavica. As Patria agency learns, the theft was reported to the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton, but we were unable to obtain more information.

We remind you that on Sunday during the day, only two streets away, an attempted theft of a BMW car, also with foreign license plates, was thwarted. Two young men were frightened by a resident who asked them what they were doing next to the car with a metal rod, after which they fled towards Dobrinja 4.

It is not yet known whether these are the same thieves.
