Muzaferija achieves notable result again in Norway, secures super-G final

(Patria) - Our best skier Elvedina Muzaferija competed in another super-G race today in Kvitfjell, Norway.

The race was interrupted several times due to huge visibility problems caused by fog that descended on the course, with only 11 skiers completing the run in the first hour.

Elvedina started with bib number 23, the best starting number of her career, and ultimately finished in 13th place.

Muzaferija's final time was 1:39.09, securing her 13th place, 1.79 seconds behind the leader Federica Brignone.

Before entering the final sector, she was 0.37 seconds behind the leader, which was enough for second place, but she clearly made a mistake towards the finish and ended up in 13th place.

In the overall super-G standings, Muzaferija finished in 23rd place, and after the downhill, she has also secured a spot in the finals in Saalbach in this discipline.
