SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Following an all-day search and investigation at Hotel Alem, where the lifeless bodies of a man and a woman were found this morning, it has been determined that death resulted from firearms, confirmed Azra Bavčić, spokesperson for the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo.
According to information, the deceased are a hotel employee and a hotel guest.
Bavčić confirmed that an autopsy of the bodies will be performed.
Investigators, two prosecutors, and forensic investigators were on site all day.
Unofficially, a pistol was found at the scene, leading to suspicions of murder and suicide, but the results of the forensic examination are pending.
