Musa arrives in Sarajevo full of energy: It doesn't matter what squad France brings, we want two wins

(Patria) - There is no rest for Džanan Musa. After winning the Spanish Cup last night with Real (they defeated Barcelona 96:85 in the final), our national team player arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina today.

Musa arrived in Sarajevo, from where he will head to Tuzla for the gathering of the BiH national team, which he will lead in the upcoming qualifying matches against Cyprus and France (February 23 and 26), writes Faktor.ba.

- My head is not yet cool... I am satisfied with how the Cup went. We came with the goal of winning the trophy, and we knew it wouldn't be easy.

We implemented our game plan and won the tournament that was missing from my career, and for which I am very happy - said Musa.

He added that he knows how to handle pressure, both in Real and in the national team.

- That is exactly what I will try to apply in the national team. We need a dose of discipline and seriousness that I have in Real. I will talk to the guys.

In the final against Barca, I spent more than 30 minutes on the court and I felt it. I am satisfied with my performance, but also with the fact that the coach trusts me because I was the player with the most minutes.

He states that he was immediately filled with new energy upon landing at Sarajevo Airport.

- This is my home, I am at home here, and when I come here, I immediately get filled with energy and can't wait to join the national team and try to achieve two victories.

It doesn't matter what squad France brings, we want two wins. We need to understand that we are a national team that can compete with anyone. We know what we are capable of and we will try to show it on the court - said Musa.

He adds that BiH sports needs a law on sports.

- I hope a law on sports will be introduced. I watched Lana Pudar in Malaga, we are proud of her and all athletes. I hope someone will stand behind the athletes, especially in individual sports. Great respect for them - concluded Musa.
