(Patria) - Emir Selimović, suspected of murdering his wife and son in Kalesija, has been arrested in the municipality of Prnjavor, confirmed by the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The bodies of his wife and son were found on Wednesday, February 12, in an apartment in Kalesija. The funeral was held on Saturday, and the autopsy showed they were drowned.
Members of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit of the RS MoI and diving teams were engaged on Friday, February 14, in searching Lake Drenova near Prnjavor as part of the search for the fugitive Emir Selimović, suspected of double murder in Kalesija.
The last traces of the fugitive were found at this location on February 13.
